Students can celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by composing their version of Dr. King's famous "I Have a Dream" speech in their own words. Students in grades 7-12 can participate. Cash prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners both middle school and high school categories. First-place winners will be invited to read their speech at the Woodland City Council meeting on Tuesday, January 16 at 6 PM.
