The City of Woodland invites proposals from qualified individuals, partnerships, or companies to provide officiating services to the Community Services Department. The City's goal is to provide the highest quality of sports officials for each recreational league enabling our sports leagues to be regarded as high-quality play. This contractor shall provide officiating services required for Adult Softball leagues including umpires, as requested by the Community Services Department.
