Woodland Research and Technology Park Specific Plan

* PROJECT UPDATE *

The Public Review Draft of the Woodland Research and Technology Park Specific Plan is Now Available!  The Specific Plan Area is located at the northeast corner of State Route 113 and County Road 25A, with a smaller portion of the plan area located immediately south of CR25A (see Project Area exhibit below.)  Please visit the City’s project webpage to learn more about the project and to view the draft Specific Plan: http://www.cityofwoodland.org/researchpark

On Tuesday, November 17 and on Thursday, November 19, 2020, the Woodland City Council and the Woodland Planning Commission, will each receive an update on the Public Review Draft, Woodland Research and Technology Park Specific Plan and an outline of the public review process over the coming 4-6 months including planned community and stakeholder engagement.  To attend either meeting via Zoom and/or to view the project Staff Report, please visit: https://www.cityofwoodland.org/654/Meetings-Agendas 

In the months following the November 17 meeting, the project applicant team in partnership with city staff will host a series of community and stakeholder meetings to formally present the proposed Specific Plan and provide an opportunity for questions and to receive community input.   

* EMAIL LISTSERV *

In anticipation of upcoming meetings and the release of related project documents, the City of Woodland is developing an email listserv of individuals interested in receiving these updates and public meeting notices pertaining to the proposed project.  

Via the listserv and other outlets, the City will provide updates on all critical meeting dates over the coming months.  Additionally, key documents will be posted on the City’s website noted above.  You are receiving this email because you have either attended early Technology Park project meetings, or you have signed up for similar City email lists in the past (such as the General Plan Update listserv).
 
The City would like to keep you updated and informed of the status and key components of the Specific Plan as it develops.  As such, we have included your email address on the Technology Park email listserv.  You do not need to respond to this email to remain on the email list.
