RESTAURANT REVITALIZATION FUND

APPLICATIONS OPEN NOW

This program provides emergency assistance for restaurants, bars, and other qualifying businesses impacted by COVID-19.

The program offers generous, flexible funding to a wide variety of businesses.

What are the key eligibility criteria?

Your business must have 20 or fewer locations
At least one-third of your gross receipts must come from on-site sales to the public

Construction expenses related to outdoor service
Business debt, including mortgages

Grant funds can be spent on any qualifying expenses from February 2020 - March 2023

COVID-19 RELIEF GRANT PROGRAM

Round 6 Closes TOMORROW, Tuesday, May 4

Who is eligible?
Currently waitlisted small businesses and
non-profits not selected in Rounds 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 and new applicants that meet eligibility criteria.

Applicants not selected to receive a grant in Rounds 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 do not need to reapply.

Eligible Businesses Annual Revenue Grant Amount Available Per Business
$1,000 to $100,000 $5,000
Greater than $100,000 up to $1,000,000 $15,000
Greater than $1,000,000 up to $2,500,000 $25,000

Necessary Documents

Application Certification: Signed certification used to certify your business
Business Financial Information:
- Most recent tax return filed (2019) – in electronic form for online upload, such as PDF or JPEG
- Copy of official filing with the California Secretary of State, if applicable, or local municipality for the business such as one of the following: Articles of Incorporation, Certificate of Organization, Fictitious Name of Registration, or Government-Issued Business License.
Government Issued Photo ID, such as a Driver’s License or Passport
