The Woodland Public Library challenges residents to read at least five books in January for the chance to win a prize.

Please ensure at least six feet of space between vehicles (or other objects) and green waste piles. 

Through January 31, you can add a holiday tree to your green waste pile within size limitations. Make sure your tree has no lights, ornaments, tinsel, stands, flocking, or any other decorations.

Woodlanders are invited to join the inaugural “Green Drinks” social this Friday from 5:30 – 7 PM on the Morgan’s Mill patio.

Sustainability Advisory Committee members aim to start this tradition in Woodland to build community and foster discussion.

Celebrate MLK Day on Monday

Join the City and our community partners in recognizing Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day by participating in a day of service on Monday, January 15. City offices will be closed on Monday in observance of the holiday.
