Through a waste franchise agreement, the City of Woodland contracts with WM, formerly known as Waste Management, for the removal and recycling of municipal, residential, and commercial waste.

Low-Income Assistance

WM offers limited low-income assistance for Woodland residents. Access the low-income application and guidelines (PDF). For more information, please call the WM Recycling Education Coordinator at 530-406-4330.

Assisted Side Yard Service

Assisted side yard service is available for Woodland residents who need assistance bringing their carts to the curb and returning them to their yard after service. This service is free to residents with a medical justification. Access the assisted side yard service application (PDF).
