ORDINANCE NO. 1737
SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOODLAND, CALIFORNIA REPEALING CHAPTER 2.04, ARTICLE 1, SECTIONS 2.04.101 THROUGH 2.04.200 REGARDING CITY COUNCIL PROCEDURES
At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Woodland held on June 3, 2025 the Ordinance described below was considered for adoption.
On May 20, 2025 the City Council voted to introduce an Ordinance that would repeal Chapter 2.04, Article 1, Sections 2.04.010 through 2.04.200 of the Woodland Municipal Code.
The proposed ordinance effectively removes outdated procedural language from the municipal code. Instead, City Council policies and procedures will be established within a newly created City Council Handbook.
A full copy of Ordinance No. 1737 is on file in the office of the City Clerk, 300 First Street, Woodland CA. Ordinance No. 1737 was introduced at a meeting of the Woodland City Council on May 20, 2025 and adopted on June 3, 2025 by the following vote:
AYES: Members Moreno, Garcia-Cadena, Vega, Stallard and Mayor Lansburgh
