    Once the submittal is approved, and payment is made, you will receive an email indicating approval with approved documents attached. It will be your responsibility to print out a copy of the approved plans and permit for your client and the job site. An on-site inspection will not be completed without these items present.

    Inspection requests must be submitted via an online form at https://www.cityofwoodland.gov/227/Plan-Submittal-Review-Inspections. We require a 48 hour notice for inspection requests. Same day cancellations will count as one inspection. Your requested inspection date/time is not guaranteed until you have received confirmation from our office.
