Sidewalk Vendors and Mobile Vendors

Sidewalk Vendors operate pushcarts, stands, displays, pedal driven carts, wagons, showcase racks, or other nonmotorized units to sell food or merchandise on a public sidewalk.

Stationary Sidewalk Vendors operate in a fixed location.

Roaming Sidewalk Vendors move from place to place, stopping only to complete transactions. These vendors may not be in any one location for more than 30 minutes. 

Mobile Vendors serve food or merchandise from motorized or nonmotorized units, such as: 

• Ice cream trucks on public property
• Food trucks and trailers on public or private property
• Pushcarts or other nonmotorized units on private property

Stationary Mobile Vendors operate in a fixed location.

Roaming Mobile Vendors move from place to place. These vendors may not be in any one location for more than 30 minutes.
