Building Division
The Building Division is a part of the Community Development Department and is responsible for coordinating the enforcement of the City's Building Code and related policies concerning the construction of residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The Division provides this oversight through a plan check and inspection process that ensures that projects are designed and constructed according to the state and local Codes.
Permits
Permits may be applied for in person during regular business hours (8am-4pm Monday-Wednesday-Friday & 8am - 1230pm Tuesday & Thursday) or submitted as PDFs via email at cdd-building@cityofwoodland.gov.
